Major Depressive Disorder
Depression involves much more than sadness for individuals with this mood disorder. The person interviewed describes her major depressive disorder as a “mental prison” where she experiences a constant state of despair and hopelessness.
Borderline Personality Disorder
Emotional fragility and interpersonal sensitivity sit among the hallmarks of borderline personality disorder. For this individual, psychotherapy has been the main form of treatment for this mood disorder and has made it possible for her to improve.
